Today is June 01, 2022. I have Airtel Fiber connection which is installed in Chandigarh at my home. Airtel disconnected my connection without notifying me on May 29, 2022. I called up Airtel for network issue and came to know that they have disconnected my connection on my request. I have not made any request on May 29, 2022. Now they are not connecting.
Actually a disconnection request was raised a long time ago (Feb 18, 2022) and same was reconnected on my request after few days.
Now Airtel disconnected my connection with the reason that request was made on Feb 18, 2022.
I have paid my all the bills. I am very old customer of Airtel. I have called up Airtel many times to connect my connection but customer care executives are giving me different times for resolution. Initially I was given 48 hours for resolution, then they gave me 24 hours. After that I was given 3 days and not they are giving 7 days resolution time period. I am suffering due to Airtel My Children are using online coaching classes and have a lot of pending chapters to complete. It is higher class studies (Preparation for 10+2 Board and MBBS preparation).
Airtel disconnected my connection on the request which was made 3 Months and 11 days earlier. How Airtel could be careless. Airtel has cheated me. Me and my children are suffering a lot. I have been harassed by Airtel. I need justice.
