My Customer id: 176397125

From past few days i have facing an issue with d2h TV services. Even though i have fully recharge my d2h account , I can’t see any channel. I have called , emailed d2h customer care several times, but still my problem doesn’t solved. I am getting an error Signal not available on TV .
