I have a loan by byjus for a course in aditya birla finance on 02/11/2022 and this loan is cancelled by me after few days on 18/11/2022 and till that day of cancellation they does not updated the status of loan as closed on my exprian and they are charging thi ECS mandate charges on my account and they are showing that I have not payment of emi from 149 days as my loan cancelled by them how I have not paid emi and they are showing I have outstanding amount of rs 28,280 as I have cancelled loan a year ago I am facing this problem till now when I am contacting on their customer care they always transfer my call to other department and make my call on hold for hours and does not provide any solution for this issue I am very frustrated from all this kindly help me with all this as my Experian getting affected and I am not able to use any new financial services and they are not responding to me.
