I have received the product used as well as damaged the product is mitutoyo vernier calliper 532-121 and the order id is OD125241533528406000 my name is faiyaz karkun and my registered mobile number is 9638077938.
The product is picked up for replacement by the courier person and from last 15 days no one is answering properly about the solution.
I am a genuine customer and completely stucked with this issue and the price is also not which can be let go.
I want a quick solution for my problem.
I haven’t paid for receiving a used product.
