I called the customer care to complaint about my data plan, that is i have 1.5 gb per day(199plan) but i could only use 1 gb on 9th JULY 2018 after that i couldn’t use data. When called customer care executive, someone named jerin attended the call, and ask me to dail *121*121# for the data balance. I cut the call and check my balance, i found that there is 36mb left. I called the executive again said that, but he said that same thing, i said that all ready i check that and there is errorr in your system, the executive mock me and replied as its my fault, and these executives talk to me so bad. I never had such a bad experience from any other providers.
