I have purchased (Renewed) Jabra Elite 45h Wireless On-Ear Headphone With Mic (Copper black) from Amazon. The first product I have received was having a battery issue and I had been sent with another same product as a replacement but that is also broken and on top of it I am not able to connect these replaced (Renewed) Jabra Elite 45h headphones with any phones or laptops. I have been waiting for this product for the past 15 days and had been promised that the replacement product will not be having any issue at all. I have lost lots of my business due to this issue, every day I am losing my money. I have called Amazon again and now they are saying that they cannot help and the only option is a refund. I have not purchased a product to be refunded.
I have lots m money while waiting for these Jabra headphones. I need my money to be recovered at anycost.
