Text of Complaint by David Barnabas:

I have two Airtel numbers. One is 9791505437 and another one is 8870199402. In my first number (9791505437) I have plan up to 2019 August but my second number (8870199402) plan is already finished. While I recharged my number for 11 months ie. for Rs. 998/- on 19.12.2018 at 6.25 pm through Airtel mobile application but by mistake I recharged my first number while it has the plan validity up to 2019 August already. The company recharged my first number and its plan became valid up to 2019 November. When I contacted the customer care on the same evening around 7 pm they told that they cannot do anything regarding this. I asked them two things. One is to change the top up to my second number or at least they have to give me validity to my first number up to July 2020 because already it had validity up to August 2019. They refused both. I don’t understand their logic. Even though I recharge my phone early to my actual validity, how can I lose my previous validity? Please do the needful.
