I had to receive a parcel from Ekart. Ekart service partner (call 08047362125, pin 157)

I have been trying to call but they are asking for registered number with pin. So I am not able to contact Ekart team. Now I don’t have any other number and don’t know what to do and whom to contact.They have stolen my parcel . Find this person and throw him in jail ASAP and provide me my parcel anyhow
