Dear Sir /Madam,
I had Taken Mobile loan from Tyto Cash mobile application Rs 6200/- in my Janaseva bank account ending 8717 on 30/08/2022 as per application I had to pay Rs 7605/- as on 13/09/2022 on the same day agent Mr Anupam Mishra whose whatsup number 7481055366 sent me UPI ID apploanindiapvt-okhdfcbank and i paid rs 7605/- through PAYTM Account
and told him to update my loan application but he didnot updated saying so the paytm receipt full screen Than I called head of Sr Executive Tyto cash mobile number 8269692410 which is Tyto cash consumer number He told me to pay Rs 7605/- to UCO BANK having A/c no 15540110021026 ifsc code UCBA0001554 IN the name Ajay Tudu as owner I paid through paytm account Rs 1/- ,Rs 2000/-,Rs 2000/- ,Rs 2000/- , Rs 1604/- after payment i called they told me to sent screen shot I sent them the screen shot but they did not updated my loan account .than on 16/09/2022 I called his Assistant Mr Rahul Kumar Verma Whose mobile number 7337218230 he give UPI ID loanrepay199@ybl was in the name of Safari Ansari than I paid Rs 2000/- rs 2000/-, Rs 2000/-, Rs 1000/-, Rs 605/- Rs 1100/- as interest Rs 950/- as interest and told him to update my loan account but they did not updated he load me to pay again Rs 7605/- he will refund me Rs 17225/-
So you are requested to take legal action against Tyto cash so that they will refund me the amount of Rs 17225/- and close the loan
