I had cancelled my airtel broadband subscription in March this year as i was moving out from Mhow (MP). I had contacted the airtel representative in Mhow , Mr Kapil (Mob No – 9589135601) for the same. He came to my residence and disconnected and took my router. He confirmed to me that he has processed a case for cancellation of my subscription and told me my disconnection request No was 116366652. On getting the bill after moving out from Mhow for next month and so on, I contacted Mr Kapil regularly, and was told not to pay the amount as there was some error. Now i am getting bills from airtel every month with rental charges adding up each month. I have mailed airtel customer care and Nodal Officer (MP), but i just keep getting automated messages. I tried reaching out to customer care via audio call, but the automated machine would never connect me to customer care representative. I would like to get the issue resolved. I want to register a complaint regarding the same.
