I had recharged my mobile through Amazon Pay. Payment was successful but plan is not activate on due date ,when i checked my recharge history there is no query to my mobile operator for that transaction and plan.

Text of Complaint by Nitin Mohania:

I recharged my Jio no. through Amazon Pay before end date of previous plan validity. Recharge was shown successful. Balance is also deducted as per plan. But at the time of end of validity of previous plan my new plan is not renewed. So I recharged my mobile again. And when I asked JIO and Amazon Pay on customer care number there is no proper response for my balance which was deducted,
