i had recharge my mobile no 9004833096 Vodafone on date 26 Sep 2019 Rs 45 & 27 Sep 2019 Rs 45 Today 04 Sep 2019 My balance is Nil Showing but i am not use of as per my mobile outgoing call record ,also
Today & on date 29 Sep 19 I raised complaint regarding but they don’t accept my point . from they END no one any response Till date…

Today & on dated 29 and 30 Sep 19. I have raised a complaint and mail to Vodafone customer care vodafonecare.mum@vodafoneidea.com , ,
dept regarding but they didn’t accept my complaint. from their side no one any response till date.
I Had conversation with Vodafone (198) 17:41 around 32 min for resolve and lodge the complaint but the refuse to lodge the complaint.
Kindly check the hotline call records and take action asap and do the needful.
I already send a mail to Vodafone regarding the same but still not resolve the issue.
Still not resolve the Issue from Vodafone this is harassment of customer & fraudulent by Vodafone company irresponsibility …
This is rubbish and harassment to custumer and not caring. Hope i will port my number to other network.
Vodafone service is giving worst service to customer.
