I had purchased the washing machine from Reliance Digital ambattur. The product is defective and does not function properly.
Since the product has a return policy I immediately raised the complaint on their email address – reliancedigital@ril.com
Date of purchase – 17th July 2023
Date of Delivery – 18th July 2023.
Date of Raising Complaint – 19th July at 12.05am.
The issues in the washing machine drum damage were:
1. The day I received the product I found it was damaged for the drum at the time of installation itself .
If I have paid for the brand new product then I should get a good product.
Whereas in their return policy it’s not mentioned anywhere that it’s mandatory. Return policy says it may be submitted.
in an email the company says they will send their technician and if they find any issues in the washing machine then he will take it to the brand.
On call the company says that if the brand denies any issues in their product then I will be forced to take the product.
I’m buy new product at your store & next day your people come on install the machine at the time of installation your service engineer told drum damaged , can you explain what my mistake is? , I’m so disappointed with your product,
as you requested kindly give me any same demo piece or new piece (with extra amount)or return my amount,
You people cheated me on sale damged product, I’m accepted demo piece only not for damaged piece,
