I had placed order with Abhishek Kumar worth RS 10000.He has a WhatsApp Group by name Fashion Center 8.I placed an order with him on 5th july 2019.I paytm him the money on his paytm no:9835596684 worth rs 1000.He informed me the same day the piece would be dispatched. The next day in the morning i see he blocks me and he removes me from his group as well.He claims that he is from Surat and he gives this address to his clients :
R.R. fashion, 18/47, new textile market, magdalla, airport road, surat
And gives this bank details:

If he dailys cheats 5 to 6 clients in a day it mwans he is earning more than a genuine person earns.Please take a strict action against him and help me to find out him..I am below uploading the pick pf payment and his group pick..
