I have received incorrect delivery against my order. I had ordered Premium winter jeggings (pack of 3) whereas I have received 2 inferior quality leggings. I have informed the delivery boy to take the parcel back but he spoke to the customer care and they assured the money will be refunded today.
Yesterday the customer care executive informed me that someone will collect the parcel and refund the amount today. I have not received any or for refund nor has anyone come to collect the parcel.
Please urgently arrange to refund my money and send someone to collect the faulty order.
