I had ordered godrej ac online from jio mart on 23rd June 2022. For Rs 32490+1415 installation charges. OrderID# FY62B43B9801C0172C53

DeliveryNo# 7026849918. I got it on 26th June. But there were some problems in it like not showing the room temperature properly. And don’t cool the room. There are many more problems. So immediately I called jiomart for return but they said you can return from Jiomart app only. But the deliver button was still not visible on the app, so I waited and returned from there on June 28. But after waiting for 7 days no one came to pick up. Then I called Jiomart on July 4th and complained they asked to wait for 2 days. But still nothing happened. Then I complained again on 6th July, still no one came. I hope you can understand my problem. I need to return it and i want to my full refund. Kindly help me as much as possible in this regard. Thank you
