I had ordered for Sony Srs-Xb23 with 12 hs battery life bluetooth speakers from flipcart on 11th July 2023. the material was delivered by seller buzz india on 13th July 2023. i had received a wrong product. the item was not delivered through open box by delivery agent. he just opened the outer box and did not bother to see the inside box. when it was checked at home it was found that the product which i had ordered for and the one available in the sony box was different.
