I had ordered couple of jeans from MyCartz.in and the material shown in ad was different what i received. they had cheated on me by delivering different size and inferior quality products. now i want my amount back and they are not returning it.

Text of Complaint by Rajesh:

I had ordered 3 jeans from MyCartz.in on cash on delivery. I had received my consignment on dated 05/01/2019. As soon as i opened the packet i realise that they had cheated on me by supplying different size and not the colours for which i had opted. Simultaneously when i asked the delivery boy about checking the items in front of him he said you check your items and if you dont like then you must return it online i cant do anything in that. Contact no of delivery man was 9785127488.
