I had ordered 3 kurtis which from the Indian ethnic online website costed Rs. 1347 and have yet not received the order. When I placed the order the payment was made in online and I had received a link where I could see your order is being prepared and once it’s ready I ll be informed about the delivery. I even got the order number as 813250. The screenshot of the same is attached below.
I would like the refund of the amount that I paid instead of the product.
