I had ordered 2 products on COD basis from oxbar internet site with url 56bbd5.myshopify.com and both product are of 1399/- with on one product buy one and get one is the offer, they shipped the same from E-kart logistics and when today I received the parcel upon delivery of the amount they send the body ointment instead of the right product and they are not refunding back my amount.

Text of Complaint by Vipul Bhargava:

Pls help they people are making fool to people on the name of the product they send wrong product and the courier person asks for the money first prior to open of box and if wrong material we inform to courier he will ask to raise complaint online. My 2800/- amount is been wrongly taken by them.
