I had ordered a Wizpad Z1 Pro ( 10.1inch ) 6 GB, 64GB,wi – fi + 4GLTE+ Voice Calling, Expanded Memory Up-to 256GB), Coal Black Product Z1 Pro. Through Bookmytab on 22 July 2020.
Today 3/8/20 I have received defective and different product it’s not working at all I have received SKU-138 Tab which is not working. I have ordered tab for Online Classes but like this product quality got so I’m very disappointed. Wants to return this product and please refund the money. There is no contact no, email is also not working, no customer care number.

Through Bookmytab on 21 July 2020.but I have not received this order till date , only order no I have received after that no any communication I have received from Bookmytab. I have send many mail to customer care of Bookmytab but mails also bounced, no any customer care no. i have send many messages thru telegram but no answer received from bookmytab. I have done already complaint in consumer complaint court , hope so they solve this problem ,if you contact them please give contact no for enquiry.
