1. I Had ordered a Wizpad ( Wizpad Z1 Pro (10.1 inch, 6GB 64GB, Wi-Fi + 4G LTE + Voice Calling  Expandable Memory Up to 256GB), Coal Black Product ID :Z1 Pro) through the website BookmyTab on 17th July 2020.
2.  I have received the product and its not working. I want to return the item and please refund the money.
3. The amount paid through Credit Card (HDFC) – Via Pay U Money – Payment (Id-337471164) of Rs 3999.2.
4. I have received  the product yesterday. The product so bad quality having Android 4.1, No memory, very slow in OS, what ever tried showing only delhi map and none of the app working.
5. Even i want to send the mail or Phone call or complaint  , no mail is going and no phone no available.
6. Though the site showing certificate valid, there is no mail or phone or address connectivity. Look like the site is cheating people.
7. I am requesting please deliver the correct item and return the old item.
8. I am requesting the authority to take severe action on this site / owners and ban like this sites and save the people who are suffering.
9. one of the consumer complaints court employee “Suraj Singh his number is +918434850181  what’s up number is  +91 70445 14432” he is taken by money through phone pay 4784 rupees. and he is taking my screen share in my mobile using credit totally around 60000 rupees  cutting my credit.
10. please help on the above request. and send me my money.

12.  but i receiving  SKU-138 (Tab)(-) this very bad Tab  in this Tab there is no call option no memory no calling
