I had ordered a Jio sim online on May 31 and it has not been delivered till date. When I talk to the customer care they give me some excuse or the other. When I call the agent he says that it is not my responsibility. When I talk to the branch manager he says that I have not received the SIM, he is also making excuses. I am fed up of calling for 10 days and now I do not trust the service of Jio. The branch manager says that if you want to get the SIM then come to the branch and get it. When I have ordered online then why should I go to the branch and get the SIM? They are just troubling me, I am a student, I still take something from my parents’ money, I have to answer them brother, if they cannot deliver my SIM, then refund my money, I would like to file a case in court against Jio for harassing me.
