So I have tries using this app once and I had put in a balance of 75 now they are acquired by the card company

I had put 500 in the app as a teenager to use it
Now I’m in 2 nd year of engineering and still can’t take my money out
Why did they let us deposit money if we couldn’t use it or withdraw it
