i had made a payment successfully using mpokket app i.e through upi which available in app to make payments and amount is sucessfully debited from my account and credited to merchant account sucessfully but its still showing overdue due app improper maintainance and collection agents calling me daily and disturbing me mentally.so i had raised chargeback for refund of my amount and i got after 15days i ased the company to remove penalties because due improper function of app i faced problem .but customer service is not at all solving it and calling me daily and disturbing me mentally from more than 40 days
