I had done the refilling on my number xxxxxxxxxx but the o/g and i/c facility has still not started. I had already visited your airtel store but it was pathetic service and your 198 is pathetic. The store people are telling to do another recharge while I am always doing a recharge of 100 rs and in that I get 81.75 talk time very strange this time it is telling me to do another recharge. Please call me or I will escalate the same to TRAI.
