I had sent a parcel thru swiggy genie on sep 21 2023 at 7:15 pm but my parcel was never delivered at the said address, although the status mentioned delivered. The customer support also did not help, surprising they were not able to reach their executive. The parcel which I was sent was to be delivered inside my society campus only.
