I made a booking on 17-11-2021 from Srinagar to Bangalore but the booking was cancelled after from travolook end after receiving the payment of 8308 and they said I’ll receive the refund amount within 24 hrs but I didn’t received any refund. I tried to connect with them in call and mails but they are neither responding my calls or reverting my mails I feel I am scammed kindly take strict action against the company
