I had booked flight ticket from BOM to IXC through Travolook the money got deducted after I made the payment after that I got a mail of ticket cancelation from this fraudulent company,I still did not recieve my refund.there are so many complaints for this website travolook also it shows its link to the airline companies,people are frustrated.why isnt the goverment banning this website rather than making it a continuous process forever.

REF718823646 Goair flight ticket booked for the payment of 4962 rupees through Travolook website.travolook sent me a mail of canceled ticket and didnot refund my money
