I had booked ticket in bus for the journey from New Delhi to Darbhanga on 16.04.2023. But bus has not arrived and I m unable to contact bus service because all numbers provided by them are switched off.I had been waiting for hours but neither bus arrived not they contacted me. PNR No. is 31869, Ticket ID TS230416124148576690HQTU and order ID is 20820853555. I want to refund my all money. Screenshot is attached.
