I got wrong product from meesho twice.Now express courier is not pickup my order .How I will get my money back.

i am not any order my meesho profile but Sunday one received unknown parcel and paid for 864 no any details providing for meesho please refund my amount and please return your parcel I am already raised complaint but no any response for meesho your service very bad and totally fraud company .please return my amount quickly
