I had ordered a JBL ear buds & SONY neck band from beats.info of rs 1299/- on sale but i won’t get it instead of that i gotted a unbranded neckband of very poor quality packed in a tonned of jbl packet.Now there is no acess of them there mobile no. Is also not working plz help me to get my money back
