Respected sir,

I have visited music-mad.com website & ordered online for Sony Bluetooth Headset & Ear Buds. But I have received defective & wrong product on 24th June 2021 through Ekart / SSGC6550507784 delivery partner.

The number provided in website is not reachable & there no option to return the material also. I request justice for this.

    I have visited music-mad.com website & ordered online for Sony Bluetooth Headset & Ear Buds. But I have received defective & wrong product on 30th June 2021 through Delhivery-SS AMD/MTK GJ 380013 delivery partner.

    The number provided in website is not reachable & there no option to return the material also. I request justice for this.
