Respected sir,

I have visited music-mad.com website & ordered online for attractive combos (Sony Bluetooth Headset & Ear Buds) worth 1599/- and 100/- delivery charge. But I received wrong and defective products on 24th June 2021 through Ekart / SSGC6550507784 delivery partner and delivered a cheap product which I have not ordered. I would like to return this product but there’s no option for return please help. Your kind gesture will be a great help.The number provided in the website is not reachable & there is no option to return the material also.
