I received this product with outer package which is some what crushed and when I opened the box I got the slides which are completely used and they’re very dirty and Sandy and dusty and the base of that slides is damaged and the strap is very dirty and till now 5 times i kept return of this product till now it is not returned and every time they are cancelling my return without giving any information and I contacted customer service more than 10 times and 2 seniors also contacted me but they also didn’t resolved my issue facing very bad experience in Flipkart for the first time that too after getting Flipkart plus they are sending used products without checking those products and am not going to do repayment of Flipkart pay later amount.I will leave it because I bought these slides using Flipkart pay later so now am not going to refill that ₹674.And am adding those pictures of slides.is this Even looking like new product
