On 12.04.2025 I ordered a dress in Bestway no59 King Yip Street 99-907 Kwun Tong KI, contract 513134/807004. Unfortunately, the product, which I obtained on 24.04, was completely different from the photo on the webside, did not meet my expectations and I wanted to return it. On the same day I wrote to zoje.cs@gmail.com , as this address was on the packet, and asked how I can return it and get my money back.
On the next day zoje.cs@gmail,com sent me an e-mail with case number 2025041319536627693 but without any content. I wrote to them again asking for the instruction how to return the unsatisfying product but until today I have not got any answer.
I would be very grateful for helping me to return the unsatisfying product and get my money back.
