I ordered LG monitor on 5th september and I got tissue papers on oth september,instead of LG monitor worth 40,000 INR. While ticket was raised to amazon, those guys have been saying that its with internal investigation. I cannot see the ticket on amazon app and ut says return date also passed. The customer care guys are insensitve, they are not updating me tge status. They just kept on saying its with internal investigation, they have not even given me a date. My money is stuck for the product O didnot receive
