I got the defective smart watch from fire boltt then I called the customer care number they are not responding then I registered an online complaint in which there was an option fir replacement and refund so chose that option. And now they are saying that you opt for replacement not for refund therefore we won’t provide any refund. They are even saying that product is out of stock. They are saying that purchase any other product. But I don’t want any new product from fire boltt.
