Hi my self md waqqas,
I ordered Asus vivobook 14 laptop from amazon on 9th of January and I got delivered,but now my laptop battery is draining very fast,when I checked I saw the product I got is vivo book 15 with incomplete configuration,it seems that the sellers has assembled the laptop.i called amazon to resolve this problem but they are not taking any action because the return period is over,but the this is that I got scammed from amazon.please look into this matter
