I booked my ticket from RSRTC. But the bus was cancel by depot and my money was not refunded by RSRTC. I called RSRTC coustomer care but they did not take any action. I booked my bus ticket in 07/03/23. Now its been 1 month there is no resolution to get back my money. Soo please you just take a legal action.
