I had ordered a boat airdopes, a watch and a home speaker in the sevencruze.com website on 20th June 2023. And I have done my payment of rupees of 997 through Google pay ( UPI transaction ID: 317131368595) to sevencruze.paytm@hdfcbank . After that I didn’t receive any confirmation messages or anything from that website. Now that website is also not working. Please get me refund from the website rupees 997.
