Today I got a otp number to my mobile from ullu app which I have not registered.so tht means someone has used my number for login

yes same here. On 16th september 2023 I too got this UlluApp otp as SMS to my mobile number. I have never heard of this UlluApp. Lots of scams happening now a days. Government cybercrime cell must protect us.
