I got my delivery from Amazon on 23rd of july, but the product was missing so I informed to the Amazon service, then told me not to worry the issue will be resolved. but till today no information and they are denying for product refund/replace.

Hi,
On the 20th of July, I oreder Sony wf-1000xm3 truly wireless earbuds. I got the product on the 23rd of July, and when I opened it, guess what the box was empty. I recorded the video, and instantly after opening the box I called Amazon they told me it will take 5 days to resolve the problem from their end. And today is the 5th day(28th of July) I called them but they are not replying now, they are saying I got the product. so now I am going to take legal action against it, 15000 does not come for free.
