I placed an order of SAMSUNG Galaxy F54 5G (Stardust Silver, 256 GB) with Order ID – OD429356391104512100 On 08-10-2023 and it was delivered on10-10-2023, the product was delivered with inbuilt defective Display and Touch Screen issue (The System was functioning itself without any physical touch and the colour of display was changed to pink colour automatically), I have had an interaction with customer care executives on 25-10-2023, he stated that the product return date was excessed as per return policy and informed me to reach the SAMSUNG Mobile service centre. Sent mail request regarding this to [email protected] haven’t received any response from them it has caused me significant inconvenience, As a loyal customer,
I expect a better level of service, and I hope that you can address this matter
and provide me with a satisfactory resolution.
