Text of Complaint by Nasreen Ali:

I ordered a Redmi 9 power mobile via a prepaid mode of payment. But I received a hair oil instead of a mobile.

I opened the box inside my nearest delivery hub so I have the CCTV footage as well as my mobile video

After complaining again and again via amazon customer care, they told me that after their investigation they said we have delivered your mobile to your address but I did not receive the mobile I received a hair oil.
