Dear Sir/ Madam,
I would like to report two fraudulent transactions done by a merchant while I was placing an order online.
He promised to deliver goods to my doorstep/ at my building’s gate and asked to pay upfront using my credit card, after the transaction worth Rs. 18960 was done, he sent me another request for 49001.
I realized there’s something fishy and told me he’ll send another link as the earlier transaction was not successful.
He made two back to back transactions on my card of Rs. 18960 and hung up and also failed to deliver anything.
I have reported these fraudulent transactions with the bank too, and got my card blocked immediately.
The numbers that I called up for placing an order were taken from Justdial, they are mentioned on the merchant’s Justdial page listed as below:

I would want this company to be investigated for frauds and shall be taken strict actions against them for making misuse of people’s situations and information.
Our PM addresses the country to become more tech driven, with such monsters will that be ever possible ??
Please investigate this case, I am ready to provide you with whatever proofs you all want, I even have recordings of the telephonic conversations had with this merchant.
