Text of Complaint by Sanjeeva Kerutagi:

I have visited music-mad.com website & ordered online for Sony Bluetooth Headset & Ear Buds. But I have received defective & wrong product on 15th April 2021 through Ekart delivery partner.

The number provided in website is not reachable & there no option to return the material also.

I request justice for this

    I have ordered best bass combo-black product from your website on 14 June, 2021 and got a delivery of a cheap product which I have not ordered today. I would like to return this product but there’s no option for return please help. Your kind gesture will be a great help.
