I’m siva. I bought MI Notebook on 8th Nov 2020 through amazon app. It was delivered on 13th Nov 2020. I found an electric shock issue when I charged my laptop on 14th Nov 2020. That onwards I’m facing that issue frequently. So, I tried everything like socket change, tried in neighbour ‘s home, checked the adapter and everything i did. Still I’m facing that problem.
Regarding this issue, i was called to amazon customer care so many times but i didn’t get a replacement from them. some guys told me “wait till in-stock then call back then we provide”, i did this but unfortunately they did not provide the replacement. but they said “product cost has increased 2000rs, so couldn’t replace it but only return is available”.
But I want a replacement only… every day, i’m trying to replace this product through amazon customer care but no one is providing the perfect solution.
