I ordered a MacBook Air m2 from Flipkart and seller is treasure haul online . Delivery is open box there is no physical damage but when Tried to turn on it doesn’t turn on when I plug charging it get on and when I diagnose system the battery is dead of the laptop .
When I tried to connect service centre they say we can only repair it then I contact to Flipkart they say this is no return product we cannot do replacement or return
