This is to inform you that on 17th June 2021. I ordered a GoPro camera worth Rs 35,400. At first, I was said that I will get it within 25th June. But it never arrived. Sir 35,400 is my 3 months salary, being a loyal customer of Amazon for the last 5 years this is not what can be expected. During the years of the pandemic. 36,000 Rs is something that no one can think of losing. To be honest it’s sometimes suicidal for me.
I have called more than 12 times to the customer care service. They provided me with no help.
I couldn’t complete a single work in the past month because of not having the camera.
I don’t understand – you can see that I haven’t received the camera. You can see that I have paid the money. then what is taking so long for investigation.
I have mailed several times to Amazon. Called several times to customer executives. Filing claims. Tensed. With all being said…
I hope Amazon doesn’t put its customer in such tragedy and treat them like a Street dog.
I’m helpless. This is my last hope.
Do kindly help me out.
